Opening first Tata Starbucks store

Mumbai, India - October 2012

More than 20,000 shops in the world and not one of them in India. Until the 19th of October 2012, the day that Starbucks, in a joint venture with Tata Global Beverages, opened her first shop in Mumbai. This festive event was reinforced by an impressive video mapping projection on the Elphinstone Building, the place where the first Indian Starbucks coffee shop is housed.

Chengdu Motor Show

Chengdu, China - August 2012

On August 30, the day before the Chengdu Motor Show, NuFormer performed another impressive interactive 3D video mapping projection in Chengdu. The interactive projection installation surprised guests as they were attending the introductory event of the new Mercedes-Benz B-Class. NuFormer proved again to continue the upwards trend of innovations.

Heineken

Special VIP event

Munich, Germany - May 2012

On May 18 NuFormer performed a striking 3D video mapping projection for Heineken at its VIP event, the night prior to the 2012 UEFA Champions League final in Munich. Passion and emotion in football was the main theme for the creative concept of this special, one-off production.

UNESCO World Book Capital 2012

Yerevan, Armenia - April 2012

To celebrate the official nomination of Yerevan as the UNESCO World Book Capital of 2012, NuFormer was commissioned to translate Armenia's literary history into a stunning 3D video mapping projection. The colorful historical works stored in the Matenadaran, a depository for ancient manuscripts and books, provided a beautiful source of inspiration for a vivid 3D animation.

Mocap mapping try-out

Zierikzee, the Netherlands - March 2012

NuFormer presents Mocap Mapping, a brand-new innovative combination of 3D video mapping projection and live motion capture. This mix allows for engaging interaction between the audience and a 3D character projected onto the building.

Ford booth NAIAS

Detroit, USA - January 2012

On January 9, NuFormer's seamless 360-degree projection for Ford was officially launched at the North American International Auto Show 2012 in Detroit, USA. Located in the very heart of the Ford display, a twenty-foot-tall elevator took attendees into "the Cloud", where they could enjoy the NuFormer animation production.

Campaign launch BMW Series 1

Completion gas pipeline

Vladivostok, Russia - September 2011

On September 8, NuFormer performed a 3D video mapping projection on a 60-meter high government building in Vladivostok, Russia. An audience of 60,000 people were present to witness this imposing OOH event.

Opening TUMO Center

Yerevan, Armenia - August 2011

A spectacular NuFormer 3D video mapping projection, on show every day during the festivities, formed one of the highlights of the celebrations around the opening of the TUMO Center for Creative Technologies in Yerevan, Armenia, aimed at introducing teenagers to the creative digital arts.

2K booth E3 fair

Los Angeles, USA - June 2011

For 2K's booth at the E3 fair, NuFormer, 2K Games and Creative Technology US teamed up to create some spectacular LED walls. NuFormer designed high standard 3D animations to create smooth, game-inspired and uniform transitions from one trailer to the other.

Interactivity test

Zierikzee, the Netherlands - April 2011

After executing 3D video mapping projections onto objects and buildings worldwide, the use of interactivity is the latest addition to this technology. During the interactive projection test the spectators became the controller and interacted real-time with the building by using gesture based tracking (Kinect) and social media input.

In order to enforce the launch of a new Japanese drink, NuFormer designed and developed an impressive 3D video mapping to be projected onto the façade of the Yokohama Museum of Art in Tokyo, Japan in 2011. The creative content transforms the museum into a natural setting, revealing a beautiful world of wildlife.

Sneak preview 3D video mapping

Xi'an, China - April 2011

This sneak preview features the video mapping content that will be projected on the Wild Goose Pagoda in the city of Xi'an, the ancient capital of China. The projection is based on one of the four great classical novels of Chinese literature, titled 'Journey to the West'.

Opening flagship store Shanghai

Shanghai, China - November 2010

On November 17th, Media Markt opened its first flagship store in Shanghai. Before the eyes of hundreds of spectators, the brand new multimedia store turned into a large canvas featuring NuFormer's 3D mapping projection.

Toshiba booth IFA Fair

Berlin, Germany - September 2010

NuFormer performed its first official indoor 3D mapping projection for the Toshiba hall of the 50th IFA fair in Berlin. Hundreds of visitors were surprised by the two white 'living rooms' brought to life by the 3D video mapping projection.

This NuFormer production morphed this modest façade into a range of themes, varying from a wall from the Middle Ages, to an African jungle cabin and a US metro station. Next to these thematic parts, surrealistic elements also starred in the projection, making the façade flip over and playing with the virtually limitless possibilities of 3D video mapping.

Special event "Joy" campaign

This particular 3D projection was done on two identical, adjacent buildings of Sun Tec City in Singapore. The projections were on show for two nights and were part of a special event for the top executives of BMW Asia and their business associates.
